Salary £24-£28k DOE + Performance Bonus | 9 am to 5.30 pm 5 days per week - The role includes working every third Saturday between 10 and 4 with a lieu day the following week | Colchester | Pension Scheme | Vehicle Finance, Growing Business | On-Site Parking / Office Dog / Family Friendly Events
A successful, dynamic and growing consumer finance business is seeking to recruit a new fulltime member of staff to review and process new applications for finance.
Duties (to include but are not limited too):
Making quick, accurate decisions on lending applications
Interacting with customers and third parties by telephone
Using custom build IT systems to create, issue and verify finance paperwork.
Working closely and proactively with colleagues to ensure the right outcome is achieved
Processing suitable finance applications, ensuring all information is accurately inputted and kept up to date
Responding to emails and communications in a professional manner
Person Specification:
Excellent analytical ability, including decision making under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills by telephone and email
Very good attention to detail
Very good team work
Very good ability to work with IT systems (including adapting to bespoke systems)
