Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Lincolnshire, UK
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Monday - Friday office hours
A really exciting new role has come up for a Quality Manager to join our client; an innovative FMCG company based in Lincolnshire renowned for great culture and lots of investment. We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead a small, quality team in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all aspects of quality control and assurance processes.
* Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Lead and mentor a small team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance quality processes and procedures.
* Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to maintain quality standards throughout the supply chain.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a quality management role within the FMCG industry.
* Thorough understanding of BRC (British Retail Consortium) standards and experience implementing BRC systems.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in conducting audits and managing regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
