NPD Manager in London - Lavandi Talent Ltd

Role: New Product Development Manager

Location: London

Salary: Up to £45,000 (Negotiable)

Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty and Personal Care business who are looking for a skilled NPD Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products that meet consumer needs and market trends.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
Create detailed project plans and timelines, managing all stages of product development from concept development to commercialisation.
Drive product innovation by proposing new ideas, formulations, and technologies to enhance the product portfolio.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners to facilitate smooth product development processes.
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to beauty product development, ensuring compliance in all stages of the process.

Ideal Candidate:

At least 2 years experience in NPD within Beauty & Personal Care is essential.
Strong understanding of beauty market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor landscape.
Proven track record of successfully launching new beauty products from concept to market.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Passion for beauty and cosmetics with a creative mindset and a drive for innovation.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards related to beauty product development.
