Job Description

Work as a Regional Manager for an Elderly Provider Managing Care Homes in the West Midlands area. This provider is eager to speak to experienced nurse qualified Regionals Managers with a good background on CQC to hit the ground running to manage the day to day running of the services and support the Managers.

Regional Manager Requirements:
Elderly Dementia experience
CQC experience
Operations Experience Essential (in Care Homes)
Nurse Qualification Essential

As a Regional Manager, youll be responsible for the operations of the Homes to ensure the safeguarding, manage disciplinaries and have general oversight for all things KPI related in the Care Homes.
You will work alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within a residential dementia setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.
