I am are working with a local authority in the South England who are looking to bring an Adult Care Solicitor into their team on a long-term interim contract.
Key responsibilities of the Adult Care Solicitor
CoP applications (s15/16 welfare and 21A)
Judicial reviews and complaints regarding adult social care
s.29 applications under the Mental Health Act
Advice relating to deprivations of liberty and best interests
Advice relating to adult safeguarding and care act 2014
