Mechanical Supervisor in Sutton on Hull - Caval Ltd

The Role
Mechanical Supervisor / Manager overseeing large scale mechanical installation on a new build modular hospital . The works are being undertaken at a Modular factory in Hull followed by the onsite installation in London. This project is currently ongoing and this is a permanent opportunity.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
For this role you must possess the following;
SSSTS or SMSTS
3 Day First Aid
CSCS Card
From a Mechanical background
Have experience of large-scale mechanical installation
Be prepared to travel to London when required
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
Duties
Update and check against the installation Programme
Manage a team of Mechanical trades overseeing their installation work
Coordinate with the Main Contractor
Update RAMS and permits
Coordinating handovers and sign offs
Preparation of site documents such as work orders and purchase orders etc.
Ensuring quality standards are achieved implementing inspection and test plans
Lead the day-to-day running of site activities
Communicate effectively with the client, sub - contractors and senior management team
