We are looking for an Executive Head of Portfolio and Business Development to lead on commercial income generation from portfolio development, marketing and sales.
Responsibilities will include leading on strategic portfolio development by working with the policy and commercial teams to identify new product opportunities as well as leading the marketing function to inform and develop business opportunities and guiding the sales team to maximise profitable revenue from new and existing clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the transition to digital first and support international growth in line with RoSPAs business plan whilstmonitoring the activities of competitors and deploy counter-measures as appropriate.

A health and safety professional with demonstrable experience of health and safety?
Able to negotiate, create and review client and legal contractual agreements/frameworks?
Able to identify and lead effective, multi-modal sales strategies?
An excellent communicator with a friendly and professional approach?
Someone with good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills?
Do you have ?
CMIOSH or equivalent within a health and safety discipline
Experience of Microsoft Dynamics
Experience of working with an awarding organisation
A Health and Safety and/or Fleet background
Commercial income generation experience
Experience of managing sales and marketing functions
Strong decision making capability
Good people and project management skills
