Clerk of Works in Bridgend - G2 Recruitment Solutions Limited

One of my clients based in South Wales are currently on the search for an interim Residential Clerk of Works.
You will be expected to visit 25-30 different sites per week (across the district) with duties such as site inspections, updating site diaries, updating site instructions and in general advise on required unexpected works.
Candidate Expectations:
Will have a trade background.
Experienced with housing refurbishment.
HND/HNC is desirable but not necessary.
Role information:
Contract length: 6 months.
Working Pattern: 5 days on-site.
Rate: £23-£26p/h umbrella.
Start date: Start of May
