* 9-month FTC
* Fully Remote
* Salary up to £65,000
I am working with a London-based charity who are seeking a Reward Consultant to join them on a 9-month FTC. Reporting into the Executive Director of People and Inclusion you will be leading on the implementation of a pay framework for the charity as part of the HR transformation project.
About the role:
* You will be the SME for all compensation and benefits related matters.
* Taking a lead role on the creation of the job evaluation project.
* Developing the organisation's reward strategy.
* Training other members of the people team on the new pay framework.
* Supporting the charities overall HR Transformation project.
About the candidate:
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Prior experience working in a reward position and involvement with implementing reward strategy.
* Highly analytical with great excel skills.
* Previous experience of designing and implementing a pay framework.
