PART-TIME RETAIL SUPERVISOR
Flagship Store, Wrexham
£23,000 (FTE) £18,400 pro rata
30 Hours a week worked across 4 or 5 days
The Role of our Supervisor
You will work alongside the store management team to motivate a team of sales assistants and volunteers, encouraging them to bring new ideas and to build their knowledge of Nightingale House Hospice. Inreturn youll be rewarded with autonomy in role and a supportive culture that encourages a healthy work life balance.
As a supervisor you will be involved in all aspects of a customer focussed role such as:
Ensuring the highest standard of customer service
Achieving maximum sales
Assisting inthestores operating procedures such as sorting donations, stock rotation, merchandising, pricing, and shop-floor replenishment
Providing support and cover for holidays and sickness as and when required
What we are looking for:
Great customer service is essential
Previous retail experience is desirable
The ability to work collaboratively with ateam
Ability to work in a busy working environment
