Spearhead the development and execution of test strategies for complex missile systems as a Missile Test Architect for this established military systems manufacturer.

As a Lead Missile Test Architect, you will be responsible for leading the test delivery team and coming up with test strategies all whilst ensuring compliance with various industry standards.
 
Your responsibilities:

Manage the test delivery team, including overseeing workload, performance, and staffing.
Lead the project team to define test strategy, architecture, compliance and coverage.
Provide technical leadership on all testing issues for various projects. 
You will ideally have:

A degree or equivalent experience with a focus on test, electrical or electronic engineering including testing various components.
Experience managing engineering team and/or managing budgets and projects.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Expertise in at least one of the following areas:
Digital electronics and microprocessor system,
Analogue electronics,
Electronics testing,
Test equipment design.

Salary: £45,000-£65,000 Plus Bonus and Benefits
Stevenage – Hybrid: 2-3 Days a Week On-Site
