Job Title: Handyman/Maintenance Operative

Location: Chorley PR7

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm (42.5 hours per week)

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour, with overtime rates of £17.16 and £22.88

Key Responsibilities:

Painting & Decorating
Basic groundworks
Reactive maintenance
Fencing
building
Carpentry
Building displays and mock-ups.
General upkeep of yards and boundaries.
Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred 

Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
