Building Services Manager opportunity to work for an International Global Construction giant with much emphasis on Healthcare. Working in Shropshire. This Building Services Manager will manage a major Healthcare scheme and have full autonomy to manage the MEP packages and sub-contractors. The role will be site based and working in Shopshire

This is an exciting position for this Building Services Manager to take the lead on this project and future projects from cradle to grave.

You will be responsible for

Project management and co-ordinating the M&E Installation
MEP design reviews and working with design consultants
Pre-Construction
Attending all site and client meetings
Managing the progress and programme of the project's delivery in particular M&E.
To minimise risks associated with the projects and involvement with VE
Full management of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant agencies
Health and Safety input and supervision
Quality
Building Services Management
Dealing with any variations to the scope of the projectBenefits

£60,000- £65,000 + Package + Car allowance + Benefits
