HR Systems Analyst in Preston - CV-Library

Job Title: HR Systems Analyst 
Salary: £40-43,000 per annum 
Location: Lancashire / hybrid 
  
JGA are partnered with a well-known brand seeking an HR Systems Analyst on a permanent basis.
  
Responsibilities:

Analysis of systems and business models 
Optimising use of current systems (SuccessFactors, Resourcelink)
Supporting people systems access/permissions 
GDPR compliance 
POC for all HRIS related queries 
Project work as and when required 
Increasing user adoption    
Skills required:

System Projects, implementation and automation experience 
Strong data and excel analysis skills 
Experience implementing streamlined processes 
Senior stakeholder management skills 
SAP SuccessFactors, Resourcelink and/or Kronos experience ideal but not essential.
