IT Support Analyst

to £28,000 + £2,500 (On-Call)
IT Support Analyst needed for a permanent position based in Malton (N Yorkshire), including occasional travel to other UK sites if required.

Key skills, experience + duties will include:
Providing day-to-day technical support for specialist IT systems including: plant systems, factory stock systems, labelling systems, machine software and devices.
Supporting, trouble-shooting + resolving end-user IT service requests and incidents for both standard and bespoke software / hardware.
Escalating serious and recurring IT technical issues + service impacts to the management team.
Working to agreed SLAs and best practice for IT operational support.
Building relationships with IT colleagues and 3rd party IT support partners.
Working to a rotating weekly shift pattern (06:00-13:45, 08:00-16:00, 09:45-17:30), and providing out-of-hours 24/7 on-call support cover every 6 weeks.
Salary/Benefits: to £28k Base (DOE) + £2,500 (On-Call) + 25 days holiday (plus BHs) + Pension (8% Employer Contribution) + More
