Architectural Technologist, Bristol £30k - £40k DOE

An award-winning consultancy in Bristol’s city centre are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team. You will be joining the Building consultancy team and working on a wide range of projects mostly education, healthcare, courts & prisons, some rail and infrastructure.

This is the chance to join an exceptional Architects and Building Surveying company mainly focusing on traditional maintenance and refurb work. As an Architectural Technologist you will support and help with remodelling, design side and presentation’s within the building surveying team.

The Role:

Producing working drawing packages
Liaising with consultants and clients
Lead and manage technical design projects
Attending site meetings
Measured surveys and site inspections
The Candidate:

Proficient in Revit is preferred but not essential
UK based professional practice experience required
Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
Relevant Architectural degree
A minimum of a couple of years industry experience is required
