We're seeking a talented IT Support Analyst to join our team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment where you'll have the chance to showcase your technical skills and contribute to our organisation's success.

Main Objectives of the IT Support Analyst role:

As an IT Support Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. From providing frontline support for hardware and software issues to assisting with IT projects, your expertise will be key to keeping our operations running smoothly. While the role is primarily office-based, you may occasionally visit sites and offices to provide hands-on support as needed.

* Operate the IT Helpdesk, providing 1st/2nd line support for hardware, software, and infrastructure issues

* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, escalating when necessary

* Deploy new hardware/software and manage existing hardware refresh/replacement schemes

* Conduct user training on our systems

* Administer IT hardware and systems on a day-to-day basis

* Prepare and configure PCs, laptops, tablets, and phones

* Manage the distribution of mobile, computing, and software assets.

* Maintain comprehensive documentation

* Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve hardware or software issues

Do you have what it takes?

* Natural problem solver with a strong analytical mindset.

* Passionate about technology and its potential to drive efficiency

* Minimum of 2 years' experience providing IT support

* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 platform (AD, SharePoint, Microsoft Intune, Exchange, etc.)

* Solid understanding of MS applications and cloud technologies

* Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, DHCP)

* Proactive, independent worker with excellent problem-solving skills

* Outstanding communication skills both over the telephone and via email

* Reside within reasonable commuting distance to Bracknell, RG12 area

Desirable qualifications but not essential:

* Exposure to Linux environment - a plus.
