The Role: As a Maths teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower students to achieve their full potential in Mathematics. Key responsibilities include:

* Planning and delivering engaging and interactive Maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

* Teaching a range of topics within the Maths curriculum, including algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics.

* Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students and ensure all learners are challenged and supported.

* Integrating technology and real-world applications into lessons to enhance student engagement and understanding.

* Implementing effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, provide feedback, and support students in achieving their academic goals.

* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to succeed.

* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and enhance the Maths curriculum, resources, and teaching materials.

* Participating in extracurricular activities, enrichment programs, and Maths-related initiatives to inspire students' curiosity and passion for Mathematics.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

* A degree in Mathematics or a related field.

* Proven experience teaching Mathematics at Key Stages 3, 4, and/or 5.

* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics education.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

* Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of all students.
