We are working with a leading BIM consultancy who are currently seeking a dynamic MEP BIM Coordinator to join their team.

Our client has completed projects throughout the UK and Europe, growing to become one of the largest BIM 3D Modelling specialists in the UK,  producing installation and fabrication drawings on major building services projects all over the country.

Responsibilities:

* Create and maintain detailed BIM models of MEP services, including HVAC, Plumbing, Pipework, Lighting, Small Power, Fire Alarm and Access Control systems

* Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts in the design phase.

* Producing coordinated models for projects including data centres, hotels, hospitals, retail, commercial and education.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in MEP coordination and BIM modeling.

* Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.

* Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
