Senior Project Manager - Business Change

I am currently recruiting for an exciting client of mine, looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong background in Business / Ops Change.

Contract - Dublin City Centre based.

Hybrid Working Role.

Strong Market Rate Available.

Experience

· 5+ Years / Experience in delivering min 2 large projects preferably within Financial Services - Business/ Ops Change

· Banking experience in preferred / Ops Experience is a nice to have

Skills/ Capabilities

· Strong Project Management Frameworks is a must - (experience in delivering rather than qualified to deliver)

· Project Governance - Design and implementation

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Analytical mindset with ability to understand the bigger picture

· Workshop facilitation

· Process analysis/ optimisation

· Issue and Risk Management and effective escalation

· Conflict resolution / managing difficult situations where project is not going well
