Position on offer – Special Projects department & Repsonce & Repair department

Cards in position,

2nd & Final finish joinery / patch tiling/patch decorting/ various maintainace work

Hand & Battery tools required

Must be able to get to site various location

Millage paid after the first 5 mile from the office at 43p peer mile

21 days + all bank holidays

Over time paid at time and half

Company pension scheme

Salary Negotiable

Training will be given as required, First Aid course /asbestos awareness /SSSTS / SMSTS

After 6 months you will be entitled to £30 boots allowance and two pair of work trousers

Information on works for the Responsive Repair

We work for many Commercial clients.

Dominos /Papa Jons/ Bet Fred / North west hub/ etc

1. These works consist of Fitting doors/ repair to handles/ replace locks /ceramic tile patching / swap taps/ general maintenance.

2. In a team yourself and another operative ( shared van)

Information on working for the Special works Department

These are all commercial contracts from the value of £1000 - £60,000

Salford Council, Architects, NHS, Schools,

1. Small 1, 2 or 3 week contracts new doors in a school, classroom refurbishment,

2. NHS Toilet refurbishment (M&E / Flooring / decoration Subbed out) Clinic refurbishment

move from one department to another as workloads fluctuate.
