M&E Working Supervisor in Leeds ICD - CV-Library

£billion T/O group of companies who carry out total facilities management for blue chip, commercial, education, healthcare and retail clients across the UK.

The Role:
Based a brand new state of the art manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 other engineers together with carrying out planned and reactive building services maintenance of on site air-conditioning equipment.
You will be 50% off the tools and 50% on the tools.

Your supervisory duties are:
Monitoring / Managing PPM and reactive maintenance throughout the site, identifying and closing jobs on the CAFM system.
Price additional works.
Manage specialist sub-contractors
To ensure statutory compliance onsite.
Identify and rectify any SLA / KPI failures.

The working week is Mon-Fri 8.00am-17.00pm

The Person:
It is essential that you have a can do attitude, be client focused, have an air-conditioning trade background and qualifications and worked in a facilities management environment.

Salary and Package:
Basic £42,000 (40 hours per week)

Overtime rates of x1.3 and x2, + 25 days holiday, 3%/5% pension
