Job Description

EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a Sheet Metal Worker to join a precision engineering company located in Coventry, working on a permanent basis.

Due to the nature of the markets our client supplies into, all candidates must be UK residents, and DBS checks will be required. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Our client manufactures small to medium-sized complex precision components for high-profile customers within a wide range of market-leading companies, therefore, we require a Sheet Metal Worker to join their existing talent team.

​​​​​​

Your responsibilities will include:

* Work to detailed engineering drawings and schematics

* Working with aluminum, stainless steel and other similar metals

* Using a variety of methods such as hand forming, shaping, grinding, and stretching

Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:

* Minimum of 2 years sheet metal experience

* Minimum 2 years in a precision engineering environment

* Minimum 2 years welding/fabrication experience

* Worked with various materials - inconel, duplex, waspalloy, titaniun, aluminium and steels

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
