Join our team at Rank as an Environmental Manager and take the lead in shaping our environmental management strategy. We are seeking a dedicated individual to plan, organise, and direct activities related to environmental programs and compliance.

As the Environmental Manager you will lead the Group's Net Zero pathway program, as well as manage the development, implementation, and internal communication of environmental programs.

You'll be responsible for developing and recommending compliance policies and procedures related to environmental regulations coupled with identifying, promoting, and coordinating training and information provided to our employees to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

You will have;

Several years of experience in environmental and regulatory compliance programmes, including supervisory duties.  
Experience or a degree in finance, economics, data management or other related field(s).
Strong analytical skills, taking a rigorous, detail-oriented approach.
The ability to synthesise complex data into simple, informative insights. 
Strong interpersonal skills, enabling ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.And finally, a passion for environmental, social and governance issues
