Aftercare Team Leader in London - Falcon Green Personnel

Falcon Green are working alongside one of London's busiest main contractors who are seeking anAftercare Team Leader to join there them. The successful candidate will befacilitating the seamless property handovers to clients and enhancing their satisfaction throughout the defect liability period.
This is a London based permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
Help manage project after completion of build
Proficient in Clixfix
Work closely with Aftercare Engineers & Trades
Ensure high standards are up held at all times resulting in a high-quality project
Deal with customer enquiries and requests
Maintain the super high end status is maintained throughout
Planning out weekly work programmes as well as producing weekly reports on the progress of the project
Maintaining site records

Candidates must have:
Minimum 5 years experience in an Aftercare role
Experience managing an Aftercareteam
Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrating patience and empathy while working within people's home

Strong attention to detail & a problem solver
Driving license & Basic computer skills
