As part of their commitment to excellence, they are seeking a talented Family Solicitor to join their team.
The Role:
As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
Advising and representing individuals on a wide range of family law matters.
Providing support and guidance to vulnerable clients involved in court proceedings.
Delivering a client-focused and commercially astute service.
Conducting advocacy and advising on the merits of appeals when necessary.
Managing a busy caseload effectively and efficiently.
Taking clients' instructions and providing legal advice.
Conducting legal research and analysing case law.
Growing your own caseload under appropriate supervision.
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law.
Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients in court.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Financial management skills, including time recording and billing.
