Job Title:  Sales Negotiator
Starting Salary:  £23,000 - £27,000 basic  +  an extremely competitive commission, bonus and benefits package
 
Working hours are 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday 09:00 – 13:00
Location:   LE65, Leicestershire

Job Role
Your key responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator include but are not limited to:

Manage a portfolio of properties, booking viewings, registering applicants and managing your diary.
Negotiating offers.
Upselling and cross-selling other services.
Identifying and capitalising any opportunities to maximise sales.
Build strong relationships with applicants.Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator.
Impeccable communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships.
A proactive and results-driven approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Full UK driving licence and car.
