THE ROLE

Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for an Event Operations Manager to be involved in every aspect of the event process for their outdoor experiences programme which includes festival light trails, summer art exhibitions, outdoor cinemas and foodie experiences!  It is a fast-paced, interesting, and incredibly rewarding position as you see the event you've produced come to life!

A broad role, responsibilities will include:

Manage current programme and events including planning, ticketing, execution, operational delivery, and post-event.
Ensure a quality visitor journey both digitally and on-site.
Manage budget and ensure the financial success of each project.
Develop, implement, and manage new event concepts.
Generate positive community engagement and grow target audiences.
Leverage existing facilities (e.g., our Grade II* listed garden) to increase visitor numbers year-round.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have previous events experience within event management and production, designing and delivering large and complex events. Previous experience from within heritage venues, mass participations events, greenfield sites, festivals or production agencies would be particularly advantageous. The candidate should be confident in managing projects from end to end, including operational aspects such as facilities, first aid, parking, ticketing and staffing.
