Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of healthcare education? Wiltshire College & University is seeking a passionate and innovative Healthcare Development and Relationship Lead to drive our expansion and enhance our provision within the dynamic healthcare sector.

Location: Cross Campus role with base campus to suit successful candidate

Salary: £39,298 per annum (Professional Services Grade 13)

Job Type: Full – Time, Fixed Term for 2 years (37 Hours PW, 52 weeks)

Healthcare Development and Relationship Lead – The Role:

As the driving force behind the expansion and improvement of the College's healthcare provision, you will shape the direction and vision of the healthcare curriculum, foster crucial relationships, and lead strategic initiatives to keep the College at the forefront of healthcare education and training.

Your role will encompass representing the College in strategic groups and leading the Healthcare Employer Advisory Board. Additionally, you will nurture relationships with healthcare institutions, promote valuable partnerships, and collaborate with key employers, trusts, and educational organisations in the region to boost student enrolment.

Healthcare Development and Relationship Lead - Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare organisations, industry associations and trusts, industry leaders and potential employers

- Lead on proposals for new initiatives and partnerships with healthcare organisations

- Lead and represent the College in key strategic groups, Employer Advisory Board and Partnership Board

- Represent the College at industry conferences and careers fairs to promote healthcare programmes and build brand awareness

- Analyse competitor offerings and market demand to identify trends/opportunities in the healthcare education sector

Healthcare Development and Relationship Lead – You:

We’re looking for someone who embodies passion, expertise, and dedication. Here’s what we’re seeking:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred)

- Proven experience in healthcare education or related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

- A passion for driving positive change in the healthcare sector
