Contract Negotiator

My client has an unmatched network of connections across the globe and offers niche travel that cannot be found with any other travel provider. Not only would you be working with experts in their fields, but you would also be a crucial part of the implementation towards designing programs that exceed expectations for customers in this Contract Negotiator role.

Previous travel experience is not essential for this role!

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Contracts Negotiator?

Management of suppliers and guide listings in line with contract progress and completion
Write descriptions for hotels in line with style guidelines
Ensure suppliers have terms and conditions and ensure operation standards are met
Provide marketing material and any special offers to suppliers
Represent the company at trade shows and functions
Negotiation agreements with suppliers, deliver new and maintain current supplier relationships
Provide financial reports on turnovers where required
Required Skills and Qualifications of a Contract Negotiator?

Experience in previous positions that have required an element of negotiation and objection handling
Strong administrative skillsets
Great understanding of the English Language; Spoken and Written
Positive Can Do Attitude and Outlook
Diligent and Methodical thinker – strong attention to detail
