Maintenance Supoervisor in Banbury - CV-Library

I am looking to recruit a full time and permanent Maintenance Supervisor to join an experienced and dedicated Engineering Team near Banbury on days Monday – Friday. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to utilise their engineering and supervisory skills. This role would suit someone ambitious and ready to take the next step in their career.

The package details for the role of Maintenance Supervisor include:

* Salary up to £58,000 depending on experience.

* 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday days

* Pension is 3% paid via salary sacrifice, saving you tax and NI contributions.

* Annual Salary Reviews – an annual pay review is conducted every January.

* Holiday – 23 days plus bank holidays, rising to 25 plus bank holidays after 5 years’ service.

This role is to support the site Engineering Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating, co-ordinating, and assessing all shift Engineering work tasks to ensure that maximum value. They will supervise the Engineering team and will also provide relief legal duty holder cover for the Engineering Manager.

Desirable Skills involve:

* High volume manufacturing experience to include continuous processes and batch processes

* Significant experience of working with a maintenance background

* Experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding

* Planned maintenance systems and procedures development experience

* Well-developed and well-rounded management and leadership skills, being a true team player

* Proven continuous improvement skills

* Apprentice trained Electrical Engineer with Mechanical & Electronic / PLC skills

* 17th / 18th Edition qualification

The Maintenance Supervisor role is commutable from Leicester, Northampton, Corby, Kettering, and Peterborough.
