Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and target potential clients within the trades industry.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

* Understand client needs and tailor our solutions to meet their requirements.

* Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience in sales and business development

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated and target-driven.

* A genuine passion for helping clients and growing the business.

* Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.

What We Offer:

* Competitive base salary of £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

* Uncapped commission structure with realistic year one OTE up to £40,000.
