Lorien's central Edinburgh client, a rapidly growing and well-known name offering cutting edge solutions to FS clientele, is looking to recruit the talents of a Team Lead from a Screening and Financial Crime background to join their organisation and lead from the front.

Outline of what you can expect to get up to:

Day-to-day managing, coaching and shaping of the wider, growing Screening team (Sanctions, Regulatory Warnings, Politically Exposed Persons, etc.)
Tackling Screening related enquiries and dealing with relevant escalations
Reviewing internal policies and procedures and ensuring they align to current regulations, standards and trends
Managing stakeholders and working with touch points across Financial Crime and the rest of the businessAnd what you'll want to bring to the table:

Proven record of managing and leading a team or teams
Previous background tackling and managing Screening workloads, and across managing and Quality Assurance
