REF 28879 - OPERATIONS DIRECTOR – INNOVATIVE CARE AND NURSING HOME PROVIDER – SURREY BASED WITH TRAVEL ACROSS ENGLAND - £85-90K BASE SALARY + CAR ALLOWANCE
Forest Care Selection are currently working with a unique provider of care and nursing homes across England.
This innovative provider is seeking an Operations Director to oversee their portfolio of homes and operational management teams reporting directly to the CEO.
The Operations Director in Surrey will:
* Maintain strategic relationships across all the organisations locations with referral bodies and other key stakeholders.
* Through 1-1s and being a visible presence in the organisations locations the Operations Director will ensure each site is on or ahead of budget and requirements and ensure the organisations model of care is implemented whilst driving innovation.
* Lead and develop of a variety of improvement projects.
* Will work with local leadership teams and senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and perform local benchmarking.
* Work with the standards manager and lead on clinical governance and the organisations policies and procedures.
The Operations Director in Surrey will need:
* Significant experience and tenure in a senior management position within the Social Care sector.
* Good financial skills including budget management and P and L analysis.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Effective coaching and development skills at all levels.
* Project management experience.
* Nursing or Health and Social Care qualification.
* Further education in business desirable.
The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary to £90,000 plus a £6500 car allowance and the opportunity to join an innovative care and nursing home provider with operations across England.
