🚀 Role Overview: As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects of all sizes, from survey through to completion. You'll be responsible for managing a team of engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Our clients, predominantly "blue-chip," expect nothing less than exceptional service, and we pride ourselves on overdelivering at every stage.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

* Survey, plan, and manage projects, maintaining financial control

* Produce quotations using preferred customer software

* Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget

* Maintain comprehensive project documentation

* Liaise closely with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors

* Report project progress to senior management

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures

* Take ownership of projects from start to completion

* Travel to various locations, including European travel, as required

🎓 Qualifications:

* 10+ years of management experience

* Technical Security knowledge, including Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance, and Intruder Detection

* Familiarity with security Architectural design standards

* Understanding of Construction & Design planning and execution process

* Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work flows

* Commercial awareness and procurement expertise

* Knowledge of facilities management/moves and changes

* Proficiency in contractual commitments (SLA’s and KPI’s)
