Process Engineer in Bridge of Don - CV-Library

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a pro-active and experienced Process Engineer to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a hands-on approach and the ability to react well to change in a fast-moving environment.

The position, based in our Aberdeen office and reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, will have responsibility for managing the effective introduction new products within our busy rubber moulding production facility. Responsibilities will include mould tool design and the continual improvement of production processes to improve efficiencies.

The successful candidate must have a degree in a related engineering discipline or has gained proven practical experience in a similar role. It is essential that candidates have knowledge and experience with elastomers, preferably in rubber mouldings and rubber to metal bonding. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and the ability to share knowledge is essential. You must be able to efficiently manage your time, be a self-starter and have excellent communication skills.
