Strategy Education are delighted to be supporting an Academy in Suffolk who are looking for a teacher of Design Technology to join their team for the new academic year.

The successful candidate will have a relevant undergraduate degree and will be subject to a variety of checks including, eligibility to work in the UK an enhanced DBS and full references including one from your most recent teaching placement.

You will be expected to inspire and manage students effectively and be aspiring to be a good or outstanding practitioner. We are looking for applications from exceptional role models who have a desire to make a different to the lives of young people. You will possess energy, enthusiasm and creativity.

You will take on the full teaching responsibility of a mainscale class teacher and work with your subject leader to ensure effective teaching and learning. You will be expected to teach across all secondary key stages as well as assess, record and report on attendance progress, development and attainment.

The contract is permanent, you will be employed directly by the school and paid in line with Teachers Pay and Conditions.
