Salary: £22,530 per annum

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Clerk to join our team in Halton, Aylesbury. In this role, you will be working in a security environment and must understand GDPR regulations. Your primary responsibilities will include issuing all permanent passes and permits, as well as assisting with temporary passes. You will be working closely with our team to ensure adherence to security policies and efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue permanent passes and permits in accordance with company policies.
Assist with the process of temporary passes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as per GDPR requirements.
Collaborate with the security team to ensure safety and security within the premises.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with security environments and GDPR regulations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
