Salary Range: £29,787 - £32,552 per annumAs the Agriculture Course Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students and the agricultural industry. You will oversee the development, delivery, and assessment of our agriculture courses, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the agriculture course curriculum, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Provide guidance and support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the learning experience and promote a culture of excellence.
Develop partnerships with industry stakeholders to facilitate work placements, guest lectures, and other opportunities for students.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure the curriculum remains up-to-date and relevant.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of courses and students, implementing improvements as needed.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in agriculture, education, or a related field.
Previous experience in teaching, course management, or a relevant role within the agricultural sector.
