ABOUT US
We are Liverpool's most iconic Italian delicatessen and restaurant known for its fresh, handmade pasta, meats, cheeses, antipasti and many more products all imported from Italy! Guests can enjoy our Italian dishes in our restaurant and take away the ingredients from our deli to recreate their Italian feast at home.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU AS A PASTA CHEF?
Daily Coffee allowance and homemade nutritious meals on shift ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Pasta Chef/Cdp you will run the pasta section and prepare all pasta dishes efficiently and to the desired specification (being mindful of wastage). You will work in our open kitchen and follow company procedures and ensure consistency, and cleanliness and uphold excellent HS and food hygiene standards. You will work ideally with an afternoon shift from 16:00 till midnight 30/35 hours per week.
YOU ARE
An experienced chef, with previous experience of running a pasta section in a busy restaurant. You are a great communicator, with a good level of English, Italian would be an advantage.
Someone who is naturally organised, detail orientated and full of energy to learn new skills. You are flexible with your availability, punctual and always respectful and embody our company values (Passion, Quality, Family and Authenticity).
