Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be partnering with a well-known manufacturing company who are looking to appoint a Training Coordinator for their brand new site in Rotherham on a 9 months fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent. 

This is a newly created, training role supporting the setup of a brand-new site and will be responsible for developing and implementing the sites training programme ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. This is a superb opportunity for someone wanting an exciting challenge in a fast-growing business with an initial focus on onboarding and inductions.

As a Training Coordinator, your responsibilities shall include:

Evaluation of training solutions to ensure they meet business needs and improve performance
Develop and deliver training solutions that meet the business needs
Select, organise and manage appropriate training interventions which align to the approved training budget
Working closely with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs and priorities
Working closely with HR implementing induction, onboarding, training, and assessment processes across the site
Ensuring strategic alignment of any scheduled training activity with business goals and site objectives
Ensure all the mandatory training requirements for site are completed on time and in full
Ensure that all KPI’s and metrics for training and development are accurately captured and are aligned to business reporting calendars

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Training Coordinator who has:-

Previous experience within a Training and Development Role
Strong understanding of current L&D best practice, methods and compliant training material
Experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, engineering or logistics environment
