Head Chef in Dover - CV-Library

We are seeking a passionate Head Chef, for our client based in Dover. Your culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of this kitchen.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring they are of the highest quality and meet our customer's expectations

- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently to minimise waste

- Monitor food stock levels

- Manage current staff , menus and rotas

Requirements:

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently

- Proven experience working as a Chef

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
