Your Mission: Design the Future

As a pivotal member of their dynamic design engineering team, you'll dive headfirst into a world of new product development, customer package introductions, and innovative initiatives. Your expertise will shape the next generation of their products, from concept to production.

What You'll Do:

Take the lead in designing groundbreaking products and managing project activities.
Craft and maintain precise component models and manufacturing drawings using state-of-the-art tools.
Manage materials, bills of materials, and engineering change notifications with precision and efficiency.
Evaluate and enhance existing products based on feedback from customers, suppliers, and internal team.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet time and cost targets.
Dive into development testing, validation activities, and prototype builds.
Ensure all documentation meets the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring to the Table:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing.
Proficiency in designing various components, from raw castings to sheet metal parts.
Knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and cutting-edge technologies.

This position is based in Redditch and is easily commutable from Bromsgrove, Studley, Alcester, Evesham, Alvechurch, Birmingham and Droitwich.
