Accounts Assistant – Caistor – £25,000

I am pleased to be able to offer you the opportunity to work as an Accounts Assistant, for an initial minimum 12 month contract.

Accounts Assistant duties include:

Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices
Maintain invoice approval processes
Process and reconcile Petty Cash
Raising monthly recharge invoices
Accurately posting monthly journals
Creating new suppliers and customers on the system
Expenses and credit card reconciliations
Ad-hoc duties 
The ideal candidate will:

A good understanding of Excel
Sound experience in a varied accounts role
A ‘can do’ attitude and ability to work towards deadlines
Ability to work well within a team
Experience using SAP is desired but not a necessity
