Financial Controller in Poole - CV-Library

CMA's client is a dynamic and growing specialist sector business who are currently looking to appoint a Financial Controller into a crucial role to manage the finance function for their Poole, Dorset based office. 

This is an ideal opportunity to join an established business and secure a role that gives you ownership of an accounting function for a £12M T/O business. The business has a multiple entity environment with an international nature to their reach.

What will the Financial Controller role involve?

Working closely with the Directors of the business, overseeing the delivery of end-to-end finance operations;
Managing a small, close knit finance team and ensuring they are performing at optimum level;
Month end accounting including balance sheet reconciliations for the group;
Cashflow management, revenues, costs, payroll, forecasting, VAT/Tax, invoice approvals and monthly/annual accounts;
Ensuring that the accounting controls are in place for three entities within the group.
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:

Qualified or nearing ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualifications, with a desire to progress and develop further;
People management skills, a track record of developing and managing a small finance team;
Strong technical accounting skills, confident with month and year end accounts;
Confident working within a multiple entity environment with a multi-currency element to the role.
