Day shift: Monday to Friday

47.5 hours per week, between the hours of 07:00 – 17:00

Salary: £17p/h, £41,990p/a

I’m currently working with and on behalf of my client to secure a qualified, highly skilled and motivated Productive Bodyshop Foreperson for their bodyshop in the Atherton area.

The company are a large North West operation with numerous sites around the Liverpool and Manchester areas. They have been operating for over 20 years and have developed a great reputation with the vast number of customers that they serve.

The role:

Day shift Monday to Friday

* 47.5 hours per week between the hours of 07:00 – 17:00

* Salary advertised at £41,990p/a

* Discretionary annual bonus

We are looking for qualified Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters who can demonstrate the ability to lead a team and have a thorough understanding of commercial vehicle repair.

You can expect to be situated in a positive and vibrant working environment where your efforts will be rewarded. A skills shortage can be trained by way of upskilling. What cannot be trained however is the right attitude and the desire to give your clients a first-class service.

You will be carrying out crash repair and accident damage repair to a varied and diverse fleet.

You could be working on all manner of tractor and trailer heavy goods vehicles (HGV’s)

The type of work you can expect to be carrying out includes (but is not limited to)

* Parts Ordering

* Organisation of employees and workloads

* Quality assurance of all work carried out.

Requirements:

Ideally you will be fully qualified (City & Guilds), NVQ or equivalent.
