Quantity Surveyor - Drylining in London - Hunter Mason Consulting

You will be working for an established sub-contractor, specialising in Partitions, Suspended Ceiling, Rendering, Underfloor Heating & Screeding. Due to a continuous stream of works won, they are looking for an ambitious, knowledgeable Quantity Surveyor to join their dry-lining, partitioning and firestopping department.
About the role;
You will be overseeing the subcontractor duties, for a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
You will be responsible for:
End to end process of contracts
Review enquiries and put prices together ready for sign off
Sit in on contract negotiations
Variations
Supply chain
Cost management
Through to final accounts
To succeed in this role, you will need;
A minimum of 2 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role
Ideally, you will have experience in theDry-Lining industry
The ability to work autonomously
