Salary: Starting at £25,000 - £28,000 pa (depending on experience)
Type: Location: Perry Barr, Birmingham
Full Time (37.5 hours per week) with Overtime Available

Due to the extension of our 16 years old company, we are looking for 2x kind-hearted Deputy Care Managers. We are anInvestors in Peoplecompany. You will be working and supporting Care Support workers, who have kind hearts as they look after vulnerable adults, with complex healthcare issues.

Deputy Care Manager Job Requirements:
Working with adults with learning disabilities / challenging behaviour
Previous experience within a management role
Flexibility to actively list to Clients and staff alike
Professional approach using technology to reduce waste
Car driver, with a current full UK driving licence.
Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above
Be able to meet the requirements of CQC regulations
Possible on-call support may be required
Working in HQ based in Birmingham Perry Barr, from time to time visiting units (bungalows and houses) located in Great Barr, Hall Green, Harborne, Erdington, Sutton Coldfield.
