Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager Team Leader to join their team. This hybrid role involves managing and leading a team of account managers, while also taking charge of troubleshooting, handling escalated issues, and ensuring that customer relationships are effectively managed and nurtured for long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of account managers to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution and preventing recurrence.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a track record of handling complex client issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience in business travel is a must.
