Salary: £50,000-£60,000
Duration: Full time/Permanent( Office based)

Responsibilities
-Reviewing contracts
-Reports/budget reports
-Finical tasks
-Advising the site management teams
-Assign work to contractors ( overseeing their work)
-Any areas of issues
-Estimating/managing costs
-Dealing with contractual and legal matters
Salary & Benefits
-£50,000-£60,000 per annum- depending on experience
-Other benefits to be negotiated on interview
Skills required
-NeedExperience in Ductwork
-3-5 years in Quantity Surveying
-Good finance knowledge
-Experience/ Knowledge in Ventilation
